No, you do not need an appointment for an estimate. You’re welcome to come in during our regular business hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm weekdays, and from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. However, if you’d like to make an appointment, that’s easy too! Just click HERE to schedule!
“My vehicle isn’t safe to drive. What should I do?”
We have towing services available for customers, so you have nothing to worry about. Just let us know where the car is, and when we can pick it up, and we’ll take care of it from there. Most insurance policies have tow coverage as well, so if you have that coverage, it won’t cost you a dime.
“Do you offer discounts if I’m paying out-of-pocket?”
Yes, we do offer discounts if you need to pay out-of-pocket with no insurance.
“Do you work with all insurances?”
Yes, we work with all insurances. Be sure to have a claim number and the name and contact information for your adjuster.
“Do you use aftermarket parts?”
Yes, we do use aftermarket parts. However, we also have access to OEM parts for best fit and quality. If you’re going out-of-pocket, we can help you choose the most cost effective repair—either with the use of aftermarket OEM, or used parts.
